These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Festival website, whether as a guest or a registered user. By using the Festival website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Festival website.
The Festival is an event that takes place in Sydney, 2000 NSW. The Festival features a variety of music and arts performances, as well as food and drink vendors.
Some events at the Festival are free and do not require a ticket, while others require the purchase of a ticket. Ticketed events will have a designated capacity and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All ticket sales for the Festival are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the Festival, ticket holders will be notified and given instructions on how to request a refund or exchange their ticket for a future event.
All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at the Festival. Anyone found to be engaging in disruptive or illegal behaviour will be asked to leave the event and may be subject to police action.
The Festival takes place rain or shine. Attendees should be prepared for inclement weather and are encouraged to dress appropriately. The safety and well-being of all attendees is the top priority of the Festival organisers. In the event of an emergency, attendees will be directed to the nearest exit or shelter.
The following items are prohibited at the Festival: weapons, illegal drugs, outside food or drink, and professional photography or video equipment without prior approval from the Festival organisers. Any prohibited items will be confiscated at the gate and not returned.
The Festival and its organisers will not be held liable for any injuries or damages that occur at the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Festival.
The Festival reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

MOPOKE Festival is a licensed area, no alcohol is to be brought from outside the premises. Glasses of alcohol served at the event are for on-site consumption only, and not to be taken outside of the premises. MOPOKE is a drug-free event and no drugs are permitted within the festival.
